SMEs benefit when internal knowledge becomes immediately usable and intelligent agents can react to it. We believe in a future where business AI, including agents within amber and other platforms, operates on a common layer of context so teams work faster, handoffs are seamless, and expertise stays within the organization.

As a Senior Partner Manager (F/M/*) at amber, you will take responsibility for building and maintaining strategic partnerships as well as actively scaling our network. You will be a driving force behind collaborating with sales, product and marketing to develop go-to-market initiatives that measurably increase sales and maximize customer value. With your strategic vision and your experience in partner management, you will design agile programs and lead our partner network into a new growth dimension.

Responsibilities

  • You check and optimize performance transparency across the entire partner lifecycle from acquisition to co-selling to successful implementation
  • You develop and implement long-term strategies for partner acquisition, onboarding and further development: identify target partners, create outbound sequences, set up onboarding flows and test enablement material live.
  • You analyze partner funnels, identify automation potential and derive data-driven measures to optimize conversion
  • You establish clearly defined playbooks and structured processes that ensure maximum efficiency both internally and externally
  • You coordinate collaboration with marketing, SDR and sales and manage partner campaigns from asset briefings to landing pages to joint webinars and follow-up sequences.
  • You conduct complex negotiations with C-level partners and strategically build long-term relationships
  • You keep the partner pipeline transparent, address our leads from the SME sector specifically and report and track the corresponding KPIs

Requirements

  • You have several years of experience in sales or partner management from B2B SaaS sales; ideally, you already have experience with the scale-up phase of startups
  • You think in a growth-oriented manner and your way of working is designed for long-term results, ideally you bring templates and best practices with you
  • You are tech-savvy and confident in using CRM/PRM (HubSpot) and mobile working and set up pipelines, workflows and dashboards independently.
  • You work data first, analyze partner funnels and market movements and know how to derive clear actions from them
  • You are process-oriented and scale processes from partner onboarding to regular reporting in a structured manner
  • You communicate clearly and authoritatively in German and English and act confidently with different stakeholders, including at C-level

Benefits

  • Team Offsites - Since you will be working in an international team, we all meet together somewhere in Europe twice a year
  • You have the choice: either a subsidized Germany ticket or an Urban Sports Club membership is on us
  • We live a hybrid working model: We believe that it is important to work together in person on a regular basis. That's why we meet three times a week at one of our locations
  • To ensure that you are well looked after on site, we provide digital, tax-free meal vouchers directly to your mobile phone every working day
  • Attractive and performance-based compensation with a large fixed component and additional variable bonus. In addition, we reward outstanding employees with company shares, allowing them to participate directly in the company's success
