We offer exciting projects and tasks in different teams

Our market access teams are primarily responsible for the market access strategies of our products, lead our cross-functional working groups and provide significant support in reimbursement negotiations for our innovative medicines.

Our Health Technology Assessment and Health Outcomes team creates comprehensive strategies for the early benefit assessment of medicines, works on the study program for our development products and carries out health care research projects.

Our pricing & contracting team takes care of short- and long-term price planning and negotiations, analyzes changes in the market with regard to pricing and reimbursement situations and is responsible for setting up and implementing contract strategies with the GKV-SV, as well as contract negotiations with health insurance companies, purchasing groups and hospitals.

Our regional market access team is in close contact with players in the healthcare sector, determines their needs and requirements for reimbursement in the outpatient and inpatient areas as well as influencing factors and barriers to the use of our products and derives strategies and action plans from this.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed your studies, preferably in the field of natural sciences, pharmacy, medicine, health economics, economics or law.
• You can look back on several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of the German healthcare system, such as the health policy and legal framework for the economic use of medicines and medicine control.
• Know the process of benefit assessment in accordance with Section 35a SGB V (early benefit assessment) and subsequent price negotiation (AMNOG) and their importance for service providers.
