Senior IT Program & Project Management Analyst

Role Summary

We need a senior Information Technology project manager to lead cross-functional, global teams in achieving positive outcomes that allow Conduent to deliver world class solutions for our clients.You will plan, organize, direct, control and deliver complex projects and/or programs prioritized in alignment with client expectations and business needs. Projects may include multiple technology disciplines and/or significant business process re-engineering efforts. Requirements

Educational requirement

Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience.

• 5+ years IT project and/or program management experience
• Direct experience with waterfall and agile project management processes and methodologies
• Stakeholder management
• Advanced experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, MS Project Online, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Power BI)

Preferred qualifications for consideration

PMP Certification

Experience working in a contact center environment
