Operational Architecture: Structure end-to-end operational models, defining processes, responsibilities, interfaces between areas and capabilities necessary for the operation.

Discovery and Diagnostics: Conduct discovery initiatives, operational diagnostics and adherence studies to understand complex operations and consolidate strategic recommendations.

Journeys and Processes: Design and transform processes, customer journeys and operational models, mapping points of contact, pain points and opportunities.

Benchmarking and Continuous Improvement: Carry out comparative analyzes with the market to identify best practices, operational capabilities and opportunities for evolution.

Impact Management: Evaluate organizational impacts resulting from new models, identifying gaps in processes, roles, controls and integrations.

Co-creation and Facilitation: Conduct interviews, workshops and co-creation activities with multidisciplinary teams and business areas.

Executive Vision: Build robust executive recommendations and materials to support leadership decision-making.

Requirements

💻 Essential Technical Skills

• Operational Transformation: Solid experience in building or transforming complex operational models and process mapping.
• Discovery and Diagnosis: Proven experience conducting organizational diagnoses, market research and process discovery.
• Journeys: Practical experience in building and analyzing customer journeys.
• Multidisciplinary Projects: History of working on complex initiatives involving different business areas.

🏆 Differentiators (What we value)

• Health Sector: Experience in the supplementary health segment, especially in Health Plan Operators, Health Insurance Companies or the Unimed ecosystem.
• Methodologies and Tools: Knowledge in Service Blueprint, Design Thinking, Service Design, as well as tools such as Miro and Jira.
• Regulated Contexts: Experience in projects regulated by the ANS and in portfolio integration, migration or acquisition initiatives.
