Responsibilities

• Holistic support: You will take responsibility for complex issues throughout the entire employee lifecycle, with a clear focus on people operations.
• Contract management: You will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and legal updating of our employment contract documents and will consult our employment law department if you have any questions.
• Special topics with substance: parental leave, retirement, maternity protection and other personnel-relevant special cases are in your hands.
• Digitalization that works: You will be in charge of driving forward the further development, digitalization and automation of our HR processes and implementing them in our HR system Persis.
• AI in everyday HR: You identify, evaluate and introduce useful AI-supported solutions in the administrative HR environment and thus strengthen our strong cooperation with smart solutions.
• More than extras: You will further develop our benefits offering strategically and operationally – always with the needs of our colleagues and our company goals in mind.
• Wellbeing @Work: You are responsible for the topics of occupational safety and company health management and ensure a healthy, safe working environment.
• Designing together: As a sparring partner for your colleagues in the People Operations department, you will actively participate in the further development of our common standards.

Requirements

at least 5 years of professional experience in human resources administration - well-founded, broad-based and with a clear expectation of the quality of your work

• Very good knowledge of the entire employee lifecycle as well as labor law and personnel administration issues
• Experience and fun in the digitalization, automation and optimization of HR processes
• Consulting and service orientation: Empathy and high quality standards in independent, trustworthy and solution-oriented advice for managers

Monetary benefits & our career model

Based on our career model, we offer an annual gross salary in a range of EUR 55,000 - EUR 70,000, which depends on qualifications, experience and individual skills profile. In addition to the fixed salary, there is the chance of a voluntary bonus, depending on agreed goals and your commitment. Our offer is supplemented by attractive additional services such as corporate benefits, Edenred City Card or a travel allowance.
