Senior Consultant (w/m/d) Major Projects Consulting

Role Summary

Do you want to shape the future instead of just implementing projects? Then become part of our Major Projects Consulting team. We advise and support leading companies, public clients and project companies in the planning and implementation of complex investment programs - nationally and internationally. As a Senior Consultant (f/m/d), you will take responsibility for the strategic and operational management of investment projects - and develop the project landscape of tomorrow together with our customer teams.

Independent control and implementation of large investment programs (e.g. energy infrastructure, mobility, industrial construction, digitalization, special funds)

Analysis, conception and optimization of governance structures, control models and PMO setups

Development and application of innovative methods for project delivery, program excellence and digitalization

Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams from project management, technology, financing, construction and IT - often at the interface with ministries, authorities and corporations

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships as well as participating in business development and quotation processes

Active participation in shaping our consulting portfolio as well as professional support and development of colleagues in the team

Requirements

• Completed studies in economics or engineering, administrative sciences, construction/project management or comparable qualification
• At least 6 years of professional experience in complex projects, e.g. B. from industry, public sector, consulting or project companies
• Know-how in at least one of the following areas: infrastructure development, industrial projects, major government projects, transformation management, funding advice or governance
• Excellent knowledge of German and very good English as well as willingness to travel
• Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working and a confident demeanor towards top decision-makers
• Strong interest in the connection between digitalization and project management
