(Senior) Construction Manager (w/m/d)

Role Summary

Do you enjoy being on site at the construction site and would you like to be involved in exciting construction projects and take on responsible tasks? Are you interested in managing the construction of small/medium-sized projects independently or in larger projects as part of a team, from the cost estimate to the devising and the handover of the keys? Your strengths lie in coordinating, leading and motivating a wide range of project participants? Then come to us! We are looking for a construction manager/construction management to complement our construction management team in Basel, immediately or by arrangement.

• Manage the construction site on site
• Independent (partial) project management of exciting building construction projects
• Tendering and participation in the award process through to execution and commissioning
• Execution scheduling, construction site logistics as well as cost planning and cost tracking
• Application of the LCM (Lean Construction Management) methodology in construction projects

Requirements

Completed basic training in the construction field of structural draftsman, architecture or civil engineering or diploma as a construction manager, technician in structural engineering

• At least 3 years of professional experience in construction management or similar activities in Switzerland
• First experience in tendering is an advantage
• Very good MS Office knowledge as well as knowledge of using Messerli Bauad and other cost tools
• Independent and responsible way of working, assertiveness and strong communication skills
