Role Summary

Construction logistics thought differently: As a (senior) construction manager specializing in construction logistics, you will plan, advise, coordinate and be responsible for all logistical processes of a wide variety of construction projects and thus ensure that everything runs smoothly on our construction sites. Exciting construction projects await you right from the start, in which you can take on responsibility and contribute your ideas directly.

  • Participation in the conception and creation of construction logistics concepts across all project phases
  • Planning, controlling and coordinating all measures in the area of construction site setup and construction logistics
  • Assisting in the economical execution of the construction projects, monitoring the project budget and developing countermeasures
  • Support and apply cost/additional and change management
  • Creating, maintaining and revising construction logistics concepts during the individual construction phases

Developing creative construction logistics processes and solutions as well as advising project managers and client representatives on construction logistics issues

Requirements

  • Training as a construction technician, completed studies in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in construction logistics
  • Goal-oriented, responsible action and a structured way of working
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English skills (project language: English)
  • Ideally, knowledge of dealing with English-speaking builders
  • Willingness to work primarily on site on large construction sites
  • High level of consulting expertise and an existing network in the construction industry

We offer you an attractive, market-compliant salary package based on your qualifications and experience from €68,000 gross per year. Lt. According to legal requirements, we are obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which is € 3,378.48 (full-time).
