Role Summary

As an Azure DevOps engineer, you have an eye for simplifying the development cycle. You work within a DevOps team and together ensure customer improvements. From developing new functionalities and testing quality to releasing software code. To do this, you have extensive knowledge of Azure and use CI/CD and Azure development tools. Your solutions contribute directly to the customer's business processes.

Requirements

You know all aspects of development and you are also a true professional in the operational field. You do not shy away from communicating with different stakeholders. You ensure that all requirements are requested and understood. Although we would like to offer you the opportunity to continue learning, you should not consider developing yourself and staying up to date with the latest technologies as work. You really enjoy it! You enjoy going to conferences such as Azure Thursdays, Azure Fest and Future Tech.

In addition you have

  • At least an HBO diploma in an IT field;
  • At least three years of work experience with .NET 6 or higher in C#;
  • At least two years of work experience with DevOps;
  • At least two years of work experience with Microsoft Azure;
  • At least one year of work experience with Kubernetes and Containers (or similar);
  • At least one year of work experience with software releases via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions (or similar);
  • Expertise in microservice architecture and event-driven architecture is an advantage;

Expertise within one or more of the following domains: the financial sector, the public sector, utilities and/or logistics.
