Security technician (f/m/div.)

Role Summary

You are responsible for the integration, assembly and commissioning of complex customer-specific systems. You manage small projects and take into account all safety regulations that must be adhered to.

You are the contact person (f/m/various) for our customers, service providers and internal project participants during the implementation of the orders. You carry out (official) acceptance tests after prior quality checks and are responsible for the instruction/training of our customers.

They are responsible for configuring and parameterizing the systems (e.g. video systems, access controls, intrusion detection technology, connections to the police), detecting deviations and taking corrective action.

You will provide technical support to our customers and will be responsible for documentation, including billable order documents, and will take part in the regional on-call service.

You take over the technical management of the technical staff (own staff and external service providers).

Requirements

Education: completed specialist training as a system IT specialist (f/m/div.) Electronics technician (f/m/div.) for information and systems technology and many years of specialist professional experience as well as specialist further training or completed specialist school training of at least two years (e.g.: master/technician)

Experience and know-how: several years of professional experience in the processing of small and medium-sized orders with a focus on intrusion detection technology and access control, experience in programming the Telenot Hiplex and Complex brands

• Qualification: Class B driving license
• Personality: assertive, resilient, confident and reliable
• Way of working: customer-oriented, independent, responsible and cost-conscious
