Role Summary
You carry out system diagnoses, carry out corrections and develop any problem solutions that you coordinate with the customer.
You will be responsible for integrating and commissioning customer-specific security systems in the security area as well as carrying out troubleshooting tasks and also taking part in on-call duty.
You coordinate subcontractors and preliminary work during the execution phase, carry out acceptance tests after prior quality checks and are responsible for instruction and handover to the customer.
You are the first point of contact at Bosch for our customers regarding technical and service-oriented matters, interface with subcontractors, planners, project managers and specialist departments and take part in meetings, performance assessments and acceptance tests, etc.
You independently carry out service and assembly orders, create order documentation and acceptance reports, prepare accounting and record and analyze disruptions or interruptions in the construction process.
You clarify technical inquiries with internal and external suppliers or manufacturers and are responsible for checking and accepting deliveries.
Requirements
Personality: strong communicator, organized and resilient
Working method: self-initiative, customer-oriented and structured
Experience and know-how: several years of experience in technical field service (in the area of EMA, video technology and access control), in-depth product and policy knowledge and specialist knowledge and experience in the networking and integration of systems
- Qualification: Driving license class B
- Enthusiasm: Willingness to travel
- Training: completed subject-related at least 3 years of vocational training (electrical trade/safety technology) and at least 2 years of specialist training
