Role Summary

• 🔒 Security guard with paid training
• 📍 Location: Schiphol
• 💰 €16.63 gross per hour during your training. After your diploma, you start with €17.37 gross per hour excluding allowances
• 📅 120 hours per 4 weeks on contract

Working in an international working environment where there is always something to do. It all comes together in your work as a Schiphol security guard. At Schiphol's piers and at the gates where passengers are, you contribute to safety at the airport.

A selection of your activities

Patrols run at Schiphol. You pay close attention to suspicious situations and unattended luggage. You walk approximately 25 to 30 kilometers per shift!

Take action on the notifications you receive from our Security Control Center (SCC);

Answering various questions from passengers (also in English).

Requirements

• You have an MBO working and thinking level;
• You have a driving license and your own transport to Schiphol;
• You are available 24/7 for morning, evening, night and weekend shifts;
• You enjoy working together and are willing to assist when necessary;
• You live within a radius of 55 km around Schiphol;
• You are motivated to follow and successfully complete the security guard training through Securitas;
• You recognize yourself in our core values 'integrity, vigilance and helpfulness'

• On top of your salary you will receive a Schiphol allowance of € 2.50 gross per hour!;
• After your training, the starting salary is € 17.37 gross per hour;
• Possibility to obtain your diploma within 1 year;

• After your training you will immediately receive an employment contract for an indefinite period;
• Irregularity surcharge depending on your type of service (in accordance with the PB collective labor agreement: evening 10%, night 20%, weekend 35%, public holidays 50%);
