WHAT YOUR WORK WILL BE ABOUT

You improve processes in the store and together with the manager you focus on achieving great sales results.

You ensure the preparation of campaigns and create a positive atmosphere for the success of the whole team.

You support the store manager with clear communication and effective team management.

You train and coach your colleagues in correctly identifying customer needs and conducting sales interviews.

You are an active team member in day-to-day operations and set a good example for others.

You see yourself as a store manager in the future and you are determined to become one.
