Do you want to manage your own JYSK store in Rakovník or nearby in the foreseeable future? Do you want to learn and develop in one of the best training programs for future store managers? Maybe we are looking for you as our new Store Manager Trainee!

WHAT IS THE STORE MANAGER TRAINEE PROGRAM ABOUT?

The program offers training in team leadership, employee performance management and store operations. It combines practical experience from our stores with theoretical knowledge. You will work and learn in collaboration with other participants, mentors and trainers.

Training modules take place at our headquarters in Prague.

The five weekly modules include theory, case studies, role-plays, teamwork and shared leisure activities.

Between the individual modules, the training takes place directly at the store under the guidance of an experienced mentor.

We are looking for a person who

He is ready to take responsibility for his development and daily decisions.

He inspires, communicates clearly and creates a positive atmosphere in the workplace.

Responsible for the quality of customer service and overall results of the store.

He gets things done and knows how to set priorities even in challenging situations.

He strives for continuous improvement and can bounce back quickly if things don't go as expected.

He is willing to be available one to two weekends a month.

It is also an example of physical work at the store.
