Role Summary

Responsibilities

In this position you will be responsible for identifying and selecting qualified specialists and managers. You work closely with the consultants, are responsible for successfully filling the permanent placement and are therefore involved in the successful completion of an order. Of course, we will provide you with a mentor right from the start to help you

Getting used to your job - because you don't necessarily have to have initial experience in the construction and real estate industry!

• You are the success factor for our customers
•  Preparation of the target company list in collaboration with the lead consultant
•  Project support through regular communication within the team throughout the entire course of the mandate
•  Creation of a shortlist for the consultant including justification
•  Maintaining contact and correspondence with candidates as well as identifying potential new clients
•  Conducting market and competition analyses
• Your candidate management with heart
•  Direct Search (direct approach)

 Identification and discreet approaching of qualified candidates (telephone identification and research on Xing, LinkedIn, Google, etc.) including obtaining feedback with corresponding application documents

•  Structure and use of cover stories
•  Database research and approaching already known candidates for the respective position

• First successes: You have a completed degree (economics, business law, business administration, etc.) or completed commercial training

Relevant further qualifications in the HR environment (e.g. as a personnel services clerk).
