Remote Employability Teacher

Role Summary

We are looking for an Employability Teacher with training in Human Resources, psychology, Business Administration or related careers, with experience in recruitment and selection of personnel, who will accompany students in the development of key skills for their insertion into the labor market.

The objective is to transform uncertainty and lack of preparation regarding selection processes into confidence and action, providing practical tools so that students can prepare for interviews, understand recruitment processes and present themselves effectively to employers. In this way, they will be able to strengthen their professional profile and increase their chances of getting a job.

Real and demonstrable experience in

Recruitment and selection processes of personnel.

Structured and competency-based job interviews.

Evaluation of candidates and analysis of professional profiles.

Preparation of candidates for selection processes (interview simulation, feedback and support).

Development of employability skills: professional communication, personal presentation and job search strategies.

Mastery of the Spanish language to communicate and facilitate sessions with Latino students in the United States.

Use of digital tools for virtual training or training.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate training sessions focused on employability and professional development.
• Train students on how they should perform in recruitment and selection processes

• Teach techniques to conduct and respond to job interviews in a structured manner.
• Guide students in the development of skills for the labor market (preparation for interviews, professional communication, among others).
• Provide feedback and support during the students' professional preparation process.
