Purpose of the role

We are looking for an expert in applied Artificial Intelligence to accompany Latin migrant people to use AI tools practically in their work, entrepreneurship or trade, even without prior technical experience.

The objective is to transform fear, the language barrier and technological confusion into concrete and useful use of tools that improve income, communication, organization and decision making. We are not looking for theory or technicalities, but for real application from the first class.

Main responsibilities

Co-design the content of the workshop together with the pedagogical team.

Facilitate live classes with a 100% practical approach (learning by doing).

Explain clearly and contextually

What is AI and how to use it without knowing how to program.

How to apply AI in communication, work, entrepreneurship and trades.

Using AI to write, translate, organize information and create content.

Guide step by step in:

Creation of effective prompts.

Everyday use of AI tools.

Resolution of real situations (messages, clients, documents, ideas).

Accompany practical exercises applied to the students' work reality.

Resolve technical and practical doubts, also considering emotional barriers to technology.

Warn about limits, common mistakes and responsible use of AI.

Participate in feedback and continuous improvement instances.

Knowledge

Real and demonstrable experience in the applied use of:

Generative AI explained in simple language and applied to work contexts.

Creation and optimization of prompts.

ChatGPT and/or Gemini for writing, translation and improvement of communication in Spanish and English.

Transcription and transformation of audios into clear text.

Tools like Grammarly and DeepL.

Organization of quotes, prices and documents with AI support.

Creation of simple visual materials (Canva, DALL·E or similar).

Creation of short videos with AI (HeyGen, Synthesia, CapCut or similar).

Use of AI for basic information analysis and decision-making support (Copilot, Notion IA or others).

Understanding the limits, risks and responsible use of AI.

Required profile

Experience

Practical experience using AI tools in work or professional contexts.

Ability to explain complex concepts in clear and simple language.

Comfort working with people without a technical background.

Training

Professional in administrative and engineering careers, among others, with specialty or knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
