Remote Gastronomy Teacher

Role Summary

Do you have experience in practical cooking, various preparation techniques, grills, and Mexican and international tradition?

We are looking for a Virtual Teacher for the Gastronomy program, who teaches Hispanic students the best practices in professional cooking, promoting creativity, discipline, technique and entrepreneurial spirit. We are a leading online education platform in Latin America, focused on providing practical and applicable training in culinary trades.

Responsibilities

• What will you do in this role?
• Teach live virtual classes on Culinary Techniques, International Cuisine, Grills and Roasts, and Traditional Mexican Cuisine.
• Conduct practical demonstrations, step-by-step recipes and culinary challenges so that students develop real skills.
• Accompany students with personalized feedback, resolve doubts and motivate their progress.
• Collaborate with the academic team to keep content updated and aligned with gastronomic trends and hygiene standards.
• Evaluate student performance through projects, exercises, and satisfaction metrics.

Profile we are looking for

• Professional in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in professional or semi-professional cooking, covering the areas of Culinary Techniques, International Cuisine, Grills / Roasts and Traditional Mexican Cuisine.
• Mastery of cutting techniques, cooking, mother sauces, handling of meats, poultry and fish, as well as knowledge of regional pairings or preparations.
• Knowledge of hygiene, food safety and food handling standards.
• Teaching experience or as a culinary trainer is desirable.

Clear communication, pedagogical vocation and empathy with students.
