Role Summary

What tasks you can expect from us

  • Direct deployment at the customer's site for technical support of a service contract for mechanical seals
  • Carrying out inspections, condition assessments and regular facility inspections
  • Analyze and resolve technical malfunctions and assist in troubleshooting rotating equipment applications
  • Support with commissioning and maintenance measures
  • Replacement, inspection and evaluation of seal and pump components
  • Documentation of measures, inspection results and system states
  • Close collaboration with customers, reliability engineers and internal specialist departments
  • Location: Gelsenkirchen, NRW

Requirements

What to bring

Completed commercial-technical vocational training, ideally with further training to become a technician or master craftsman, in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial mechanics, or a comparable field

  • Professional experience in the areas of maintenance, service, production or systems engineering
  • Technical understanding of industrial systems as well as interest in error analysis and problem solving
  • Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of working directly on customer systems
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Independent, structured and responsible way of working
  • Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
