Regional HR Business Partner Data Center (m/w/d)

Role Summary

To strengthen our international team, we are looking for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner Data Center (m/f/d) to support sub-regions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). In this strategic role, you will work closely with managers and actively shape HR initiatives in the areas of human resources planning, performance management, youth development, employee retention and organizational development.

• Strategic advice and support for managers in all HR-related topics
• Implementation and further development of HR strategies to promote company and employee success
• Analysis of relevant HR key figures such as fluctuation, staffing times and personnel costs as well as deriving suitable measures
• Control and support of projects to optimize processes and increase performance
• Collaboration with international locations and business units within the EMEA region
• Creation of HR reports, business reviews and management presentations
• Support with recruiting, talent management, succession planning and leadership development

Requirements

• Completed studies with a focus on human resources, business administration or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as an HR business partner or in a comparable strategic HR function
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of recruiting, employee relations, compensation & benefits and talent development
• Good knowledge of labor law; International HR experience within the EMEA region is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor towards international stakeholders
• High willingness to travel (approx. 25%) and very good knowledge of English
