Role Summary

To expand our team, we are looking for people with strong communication skills and a goal-oriented approach for long-term collaboration

"Recruitment Consultant (m/f/d)" as part of a mini-job.

Due to individual training tailored to personal needs, professional experience is not mandatory. Sales-savvy career changers are also welcome to apply for this interesting challenge.

The job usually requires mandatory working hours from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on 3 days/week (Monday - Friday).

Not a mini-job in the classic sense, but the opportunity to develop professionally and personally.

Responsibilities

• Presentation of attractive career opportunities
• Conducting interviews (according to appointments)
• Motivation for new professional perspectives
• Database research
• Creation of candidate profiles
• Candidate follow-up

Requirements

• Very good self-organization, structured and binding way of working
• Convincing, articulate and final-oriented communication skills
• Empathic and engaging demeanor
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
• Very good PC knowledge
