Role Summary

Advise internal clients regarding the best alternatives to cover job vacancies.

permanent, temporary positions or work practices considering the resources available for

this, such as internal, external or mixed searches.

• Execute the profile alignments of the processes in your charge with the internal client, in this way

consider gathering details of the context in which the vacancy arises and necessary administrative data

for process management.

• Support internal clients in the use of the Smart Recruiters platform through

training or support meetings.

• Manage and record the progress of the process in the Smart Recruiters platform and databases of the

area, keeping the status of the process updated.

• Guarantee that the processes have suitable candidates for the selection processes

assigned, publishing with external exchanges, alliances, internal publications, Hunter or

other actions that allow us to reach the target market.

• Guarantee compliance with the profile defined by the sector and verify that it is registered

in the corresponding job descriptor.

• Ensure compliance with the area's KPI, coordinating and controlling each stage of the process.
• In the case of internal promotions, potential interviews will be conducted.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding R&S.

Requirements

Technician or engineer in business administration, psychologist, Technician or engineer in Human Resources, Commercial engineer or related career.
