Role Summary

Must perform assigned sampling activities in accordance with established protocols and procedures.

It is responsible for complying with the use of the PPE necessary to carry out the activities, and for notifying the shift leader or management if the PPE is not in conditions that guarantee both the physical safety and the impartiality of the operations.

You must comply with the company's safety standards and guidelines, respecting the risk assessments carried out by those responsible for safety for each activity.

You must accurately document and record all sampling activities and observations in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements to maintain data integrity and traceability.

Responsible for proper maintenance and care of sampling equipment and tools, immediately reporting any defects or malfunctions to management.

You must conduct sampling activities with attention to quality assurance standards, ensuring that all samples are collected, handled, and stored correctly to avoid contamination or deterioration of results.

You are required to promptly report any incidents, near misses, hazards or unsafe conditions to the shift leader or management, and to participate in incident investigations when requested.

Must communicate effectively with team members and other departments regarding sampling schedules, results, and any operational concerns that may impact sampling activities or safety.

Requirements

  • Be able to carry out numerous activities according to a daily work plan.
  • Be able to work well under pressure and/or meeting deadlines
  • Have communication skills. Be clear and precise in your verbal or written information, especially if you must transfer or complete information for the incoming shift
  • You should not be afraid of heights, without being risky
  • Be able to use stairs without fear but without being risky or careless
  • Be able to work in confined spaces and breathe through a respirator.
  • Be able to work in an exceptional shift system.
  • Be strictly committed to safety and environmental procedures and standards
  • Be very respectful, gentle and collaborative with all the people you interact with on a daily basis; both co-workers, clients or third parties.
