Role Summary

People · Places · Performance is Sandra Lochmann's selection consultancy company, specialized in the Alpine region: Bavaria, Tyrol, Alto Adige, Trentino. I work directly with industrial companies in the area and for an ongoing project I am looking for freelance support in the direct search for production profiles. Lean structure, quick decisions, you work directly with me.

• Homework
• Direct search for candidates by telephone, WhatsApp and via portals
• Construction and management of the longlist on target areas
• Interviews and qualification of profiles
• Contacts with branches of employment agencies and local networks
• Accompaniment of candidates until the interview with the company

Requirements

• Italian mother tongue, at least good German
• Residence in South Tyrol or Trentino — you really know the area
• Experience with worker and technical profiles: production, shift workers, maintenance. Non-IT recruiting
• You prefer calling than writing, and handle high contact volumes
• Knowledge of the world of administration, ideally gained in the branch
• Active VAT number or availability to open it
