Role Summary
WHAT WE'RE SEEKING
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Recruiter to join our fast-paced, mission-driven team. You will be instrumental in scaling Corvus Robotics by building out our talent acquisition process and bringing in top-tier candidates across a variety of roles. We need a partner who is excited to help shape the future of our hiring program and is committed to delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Responsibilities
Specifically, in this role you will
- Lead recruiting across various roles in a high-growth startup by running scalable operational processes, including scheduling, metrics, and pipeline management.
- Be the partner to Hiring Managers for identifying ideal candidate profiles for different roles, and source challenging-to-fill positions.
- Iterate on a robust recruiting process over the course of interviews and learnings from candidates, focusing on quality and speed.
- Keep to very high standards for candidates for each role, while creating a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- 2-5 YOE recruiting in a high-growth company, across a diverse breadth of roles (beyond engineering or GTM)
- Demonstrated ability for running repeatable processes and systems for recruiting, including using ATS, AI e.g. for sourcing or responses, and other software tools
- Demonstrated ability to source and run outreach campaigns (at least with napkin numbers and metrics), across different levels of experiences and backgrounds, including non-conventional methods
- Strong hands-on experience with recruiting operations, including scheduling, pipeline tracking, and offer generation (bonus if with a lightweight ATS)
- Ability to develop hiring criteria based on a strong set of recruiting values, while also creating a positive candidate experience
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working in robotics, deeptech, or supply chain automation
- Track record of creative problem-solving in the talent acquisition process for challenging-to-fill roles
- Experience working at an early-stage startup or joining a tech company early in its growth phase
