• Taking over the project management of demanding construction projects across all project phases in close cooperation with the large project management
• Technical leadership of colleagues in the project
• Proactive coordination and control of the collaboration of all project participants and external contacts to achieve the project goals
• Controlling deadlines, costs and building qualities
• Technical, economic and organizational construction advice for our clients to achieve tailored goals in the project
• Maintaining existing customer relationships as well as negotiating and preparing offers

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, construction economics or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management or project control
• Confident use of MS Office knowledge (especially Excel), knowledge of MS Project
• Strong communication and leadership skills as well as a high level of customer orientation
• Enjoy developing innovative solutions for technical and economic tasks and a structured, proactive way of working
• Very good spoken and written knowledge of French and German, good knowledge of English is an advantage
• Willingness to undertake occasional project-related travel within the country and abroad
