Project Manager Cold End / Electrical Engineer (m/f/d)

Role Summary

Shape the future of packaging automation with us – as a project manager at Kaltes End, you will ensure optimal processes and drive forward exciting projects at the location.

• You will take on the following tasks, among others:
• Planning, organization and implementation of projects with a focus on packaging and inspection systems
• Participation in factory projects to achieve goals in the areas of PTM, productivity, speed and CNQ
• Continuous improvement and further development of systems as well as structuring of work processes and documentation
• Supporting the department management with investment planning and applications
• Ordering spare parts in coordination with the UKE department management
• Promoting teamwork and active participation in CIP projects to reduce item-related downtime

Requirements

• Completed training/further training as an electrical engineer, specializing in automation technology, or comparable qualification
• Experience in project planning and implementation
• Sound knowledge of PLC and robotics technology
• Technical and mechanical understanding of production processes
• Teamwork, resilience and initiative
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong problem-solving skills
