Production Operator 1st T (6:15am to 3:45pm M-F)

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Production Operator to join our team in Reynosa, Mexico. As a 1st T Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality production while adhering to safety standards and company procedures.

• Follow detailed work instructions and adhere to internal company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace
• Identify and properly handle part numbers and nonconforming products
• Participate in management system compliance initiatives

Promptly report any identified hazards to your supervisor.

• Use and maintain the personal protective equipment provided
• Meet or exceed efficiency and quality standards established by supervisors
• Follow all safety guidelines and environmental care procedures
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
• Read and understand the job charts posted at your workstation
• Participate in continuing education and skills development programs

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Completed primary education or literacy test
• Ability to pass a medical evaluation and a general knowledge test
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math skills for accurate part counting and quality control
• Positive attitude and great capacity for teamwork
• Successful completion of all required training tests
• Availability to work overtime when necessary
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
• Ability to work first shift hours (6:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., Monday through Friday)
• Spanish proficiency (preferred)
