Product Owner - Coordinateur Business Analyse (Employed or freelance)

Role Summary

📋 Tasks and responsibilities

We are looking for a Product Owner / Business Analysis Coordinator to lead the strategic, functional and operational management of a web platform dedicated to the dematerialized processing of public and private planning permits.

In this role, you ensure both product ownership and coordination of business analysis, ensuring alignment between operational needs, program priorities and regulatory developments.

1. Product Ownership – Product management

Define, support and evolve the product vision in line with business needs, organizational priorities and the regulatory framework.

Manage and prioritize the product backlog, write user stories and monitor the progress of developments.

Collaborate closely with technical and functional teams to ensure the overall consistency of the solution.

Organize and lead product governance bodies: workshops, reviews, demonstrations and user tests.

Identify necessary developments, propose continuous improvements and ensure the functional quality of the product.

1. Business Analysis – Reference for urban planning processes

Be the reference point of contact for the analysis, modeling and optimization of business processes.

Ensure that the platform effectively supports operational processes related to urban planning.

Conduct process definition and improvement workshops, then support their implementation.

Promote and apply good practices in process management (BPM).

Act as a point of reference for analysts involved in the permit dematerialization program.

Provide a coaching role for new analysts joining the team.

Support the program manager in coordinating the analysts' priorities according to the strategic orientations of the program.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner.
• Proven experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders, both business and technical and suppliers.
• Proven experience in Product Ownership in complex digital programs.
• Ability to analyze the impact of regulatory developments on business processes and translate them into functional needs.
• Ability to ensure functional ownership of a digital product, from its vision to its continuous improvement.
• Natural leadership, with the ability to supervise, coach and challenge analysts.
• Clear and structured communication with business, IT and decision-making contacts.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach, with a high level of demands on functional quality.
• Must have mastery of Agile Scrum, Azure DevOps, Confluence and Miro.
• French required.
