Join us as a Procurement & Digital Intern to make an impact!

Location: Kallang, Singapore

As a Procurement & Logistics Data Analytics and Digital Tools Intern, you will support the Global Logistics Procurement team in accelerating digital transformation across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Express transportation categories. You will work closely with Global Category Managers to develop analytical tools, automate processes, generate executive insights, and leverage AI-driven solutions that enhance procurement decision making and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

Logistics Cost Analytics & Digital Solutions

  • Develop an Air, Ocean and Express Comparison Tool to evaluate freight options based on cost, transit time, service levels and business requirements.
  • Create logistics cost calculators and carrier rate analysis tools.
  • Build procurement dashboards that improve visibility of logistics spend and savings opportunities.
  • Develop automated freight costing models for sourcing and negotiation activities.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights.
  • Passion for AI, automation, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI tools, Tableau, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
  • Knowledge of SQL, data visualization, dashboard development, and Python (preferred).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
