Responsibilities

• Accompanying our nursing staff in the onboarding process — You support our team in accompanying nursing staff from the conclusion of the contract to their successful start at our partner companies and ensure that they feel well looked after during this phase.
• Onboarding that inspires - You will help to make joining our partner companies for nursing staff as easy and structured as possible and ensure a positive first experience in the new job.
• Proactive communication with candidates — You will be in regular communication with nursing staff, answering questions about their start and ensuring they are well informed throughout the entire onboarding process.
• Individual support during the start - You will help to understand the wishes, expectations and possible challenges of the nursing staff and to find solutions together with the team.
• Collaborate with internal teams — You will work closely with our Candidate Excellence Management and Account Management teams to help ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Structured documentation and data maintenance — You maintain relevant information about candidates in our systems and help keep track of important steps in the onboarding process.

Requirements

• You approach people openly, listen and can empathize well with the needs of others.
• You enjoy supporting candidates during an important career step and giving them security in the onboarding process.
• You work in a structured manner and keep track of multiple tasks at the same time.
• You think in a solution-oriented way, tackle things proactively and don't wait for someone to tell you what to do.
• You enjoy working in a team, are actively involved and want to build something together.
• You have a good basic understanding of digital and feel comfortable using tools such as CRM systems, Slack or Zoom - or learn new systems quickly.
• You are curious and have a desire to learn - even without previous experience in this area, you can grow quickly through coaching and mentoring with us.
• We expect you to have German language skills at C2 level, proven by your CV or relevant certificates. You will communicate with people on the client and candidate side who make decisions - so clear and unambiguous communication is required.
