We are currently looking for a facility management technician (m/f/d) for our location in Hamburg-Harburg.

• Ensuring the proper operation of the building technology
• Assumption of plant responsibility
• Reporting and documenting operational disruptions, defects and damage and initiating countermeasures
• Implementation of emergency technical assistance
• Organization and documentation of maintenance and repair work
• Support and monitoring of external companies (instruction and ensuring the quality to be provided)
• Independently carry out minor maintenance and repairs
• Support in recording data into our system software
• Regular on-call service

Requirements

• Completed craft or technical training in the field of air conditioning, ventilation technology/energy and building technology
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the support of large and/or industrial plants
• Professional experience in the area of heating/plumbing is an advantage
• good GLT knowledge
• good PC knowledge
• Strong understanding of technical contexts
• Very independent, structured way of working
• Good teamwork skills and friendly demeanor
• Reliability, flexibility and commitment
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German
• Driving license class B
• Willingness for emergency service (approx. every 6 weeks)
