Part-time HR Manager - 25 hours (m/f/d)

Role Summary

You maintain employee data, absences and working hours and create documents, file them and keep an eye on the inbox and payroll-relevant documents

You manage job advertisements, applicant management, interviews, contract preparation, and onboarding.

You create job references, contract changes and are the contact person for external partners

You do the billing for our temporary staff and provisions (vacation/overtime).

You are the contact person for employees and managers, participate in HR meetings, and exchange ideas with the company doctor.

You support HR issues or process optimization

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or studies related to HR
• Experience in human resources, ideally in a generalist role
• Confident use of HR tools
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English (English is mandatory)
• structured, independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with the agricultural analysis team

For our HR department we are looking for you as a dedicated HR Manager (m/f/d) part-time (25 hours). You are responsible for central HR processes, support managers and employees and ensure smooth processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle. In addition to our location in Jena, you will also provide human resources support for our sister company Eurofins FarmFacts.
