To strengthen our dynamic team at Eurofins Umwelt Ost GmbH, we are looking for you as an operations technician (m/f/d) at the Freiberg location in a permanent position as soon as possible.

You operate and look after all building technical systems

Your tasks include the regular inspection of all building services systems (ventilation, gas, compressed air, plumbing, electrical, building management, air conditioning and heating technology) as well as carrying out small repairs

Coordinating maintenance work on the building's technical systems in coordination with the technical management as well as supervising, supporting and monitoring the maintenance work of external companies as necessary is part of your area of responsibility

You carry out repair and maintenance work for the entire Freiberg location and document it

Ensuring the supply of necessary building services materials such as gases and consumables for building services systems is one of your tasks

You will be actively involved in investment projects (including necessary changes to building services systems, new installations, renovation work).

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training in the field of maintenance, building technology or similar.
• You already have knowledge of plumbing, air conditioning, gas, ventilation, electrical and heating technology.
• A confident use of MS Office as well as team and communication skills round off your profile.
• You are characterized by organizational skills and independence.
• You have a class B driving license
