Role Summary

HOW TO GET INVOLVED

• Technical and disciplinary management of the assigned areas
• Cross-shift monitoring of performance in the operational area
• Ensuring that all orders are processed on time and economically
• Compliance with quality standards
• Creation and control of measures for process optimization
• Conducting employee interviews and training in your own area
• Ensuring the qualification and training of new employees
• Staffing of the MA in the various work areas and redistribution according to urgency and need
• Initiation of necessary measures in the event of disruptions (e.g. maintenance of equipment)
• Participation in QA audits
• Assisting with monthly statements, forecasts, KPIs and CSIs
• Consistent application of shop floor management
• Responsible for the timely processing of all process-relevant error messages

Requirements

HOW TO CONVINCE US

• Completed studies in the field of logistics, comparable training e.g. as a logistics master or many years of professional experience in shift management
• Professional experience in automotive logistics, ideally in warehouse logistics
• Proven leadership responsibility
• Confident use of MS Office and team-oriented work
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
• A structured, independent way of working
