Location:: Offenbach an der Queich (Rhineland-Palatinate), Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany
Work arrangement:: On-site

Assistant (m/f/d) at Schnellecke Logistics.

Role Summary

HOW TO GET INVOLVED

Organization and control of administrative processes for the business unit management
Support with projects and creation of presentations and evaluations
Planning and organizing appointments, meetings and business trips
Processing correspondence, invoices and general administrative activities
Processing and monitoring of ordering and purchasing processes
Contact person for internal departments, suppliers and service providers
Participation in the continuous optimization of processes and procedures

Requirements

HOW TO CONVINCE US

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in an assistant, administrative or purchasing environment is an advantage
Confident handling of common MS Office applications
Knowledge of SAP MM is desirable
Strong organizational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
High service and customer orientation
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different contacts
Initiative, reliability and perseverance
