Role Summary

HOW TO GET INVOLVED

• During your 3-year training as a warehouse logistics specialist, you will complete the following tasks:
• Accept and inspect goods
• Storage of goods in different systems
• Plan storage zones and storage facilities
• Dealing with IT systems (incoming goods/outgoing goods bookings/orders
• Operation of industrial trucks (forklifts / pallet trucks, etc.)
• Taking quality control measures
• Picking of goods according to customer requirements
• Packaging of goods taking into account the type of goods, means of transport, transport route, customer specifications, legal regulations and economic viability
• Preparing goods for shipping, organizing outgoing goods, creating shipping documents
• Check inventory levels and carry out inventories

Requirements

• Friends with organization and planning
• Very good numerical understanding and analytical skills
• Safe handling of data and numbers
• Team player
• Good spatial imagination
• Good oral and written expression (in German)
• Knowledge of foreign languages desirable
• Successful school leaving certificate: secondary school leaving certificate, vocational school for business, high school diploma or technical college entrance qualification
