Responsibilities

• Coordination of the tender process - cooperation with subcontractors, suppliers and the design team at every stage of the tender process.
• Preparing and maintaining comprehensive tender documentation - creating offers in accordance with tender requirements and applicable industry standards.
• Analysis of tender conditions and specifications - thorough analysis of order requirements.
• Analysis of order specifications - market research to verify the best potential.
• Monitoring the implementation of concluded contracts - supervising the implementation of tender contracts, ensuring timely deliveries and quality of services.
• Monitoring sources of information about tenders - active search for announcements on industry portals and other available platforms in the industry.

Requirements

• English language at B2 level
• Analytical skills
• Experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of online tools and industry portals
• Market analysis skills
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Reporting experience
• Commitment to the development of sales skills
