Offer and order manager (m/f/d)

Role Summary

You advise customers and agencies competently and accompany them from the offer to the successful implementation of their advertising campaigns

You create offers, media planning and convincing presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint and actively support our field sales force

You will handle order processing, check bookings and, together with sales, sales solutions and other specialist departments, ensure that our campaigns are processed on time and with high quality

• You analyze campaign data, create reports and derive optimization potential for future measures
• Together with your team, you will develop individual communication solutions for our customers and support the successful implementation of their campaigns
• You optimize processes and interfaces, work with CRM and ERP systems and contribute to the continuous development of our workflows

Requirements

You have successfully completed commercial training as well as experience in internal sales, media planning, order processing or a comparable position in a media company, publishing house or agency

• You work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally with CRM and ERP systems
• You organize several projects at the same time and keep an eye on deadlines, budgets and priorities at all times
• You have experience in creating media planning, offers, reports or campaign evaluations
• You communicate confidently with customers, agencies and internal departments and work reliably in a team
• You have very good knowledge of spoken and written German

At our Kassel location of Ströer DERG Media GmbH, we are looking for a full-time (38 hour) offer and order manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible. The position is initially limited to two years - with the option to be taken over.
