Responsibilities

What will be the duties

• Development and implementation of SEO strategies for existing and new sites.
• Launch of new sites on a turnkey basis — from building the structure to publication (including on HTML templates with basic technical settings).
• Competitor and niche analysis and growth point searches for sites.
• Site optimization to improve rankings, visibility and organic traffic.
• Selection and evaluation of drops.
• Formation of technical tasks for copywriters, link builders, developers and designers.
• Selection of donors for outreach.
• Development of anchor plans and control over the implementation of the link building strategy.
• Monitoring of results, reporting and regular optimization of strategies.

Requirements

What we need

• Experience in SEO 2+ years (experience in gray niches will be a plus)
• On-page SEO: site structure optimization, semantic core, titles, meta-descriptions, headings, internal linking.
• Off-page SEO: work with a link profile, backlink strategy, PBN networks, analysis of donors and competitors.
• Ability to work with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Serpstat; understanding of key metrics (CTR, impressions, traffic share, position tracking).
• Analysis of competitors: collecting semantics, evaluating the structure of competitor sites, their link profile.
• Ability to edit HTML/CSS; work with templates, insert blocks manually.
• Experience with AI design in ChatGPT / Claude.
• Understanding robots.txt, sitemap.xml, canonical, hreflang, indexability ; site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, Core Web Vitals, indexing.
• The ability to collect the necessary semantics, build a structure and generate the required text or write the TK of the copywriter.
• Experience of independent project management.
