Role Summary

Our company continues to scale and we are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager.

Qwerty.Software is a Ukrainian company with more than 10 years of experience in creating and promoting products for customers from all over the world, in particular, in the USA, Canada and Europe 🌍.

What will need to be done

Collection and formalization of requirements, description of business processes
Planning: decomposition of goals in a task, planning of iterations/releases, formation of a roadmap, control of metrics and control points
Management of priorities, dependencies and resources
Defining project success metrics and monitoring progress
Preparation of regular reporting (status, risks, plan/fact)
Risk management at the project level: timely escalation and work with systemic risks
Managing stakeholder expectations
Initiate and implement process improvements

Requirements

Who we are looking for

2+ years of experience as a Project Manager

Experience in managing multiple teams in parallel (3+ teams, 3+ specialists in each): iteration planning, task prioritization and execution control.
2+ proven cases of improving team metrics (speed, predictability, quality, etc.)
System management of the full cycle of the project: from the formation of goals and plan to control of execution, dependencies and critical path

Key practical skills

Assessment of terms and scope of work based on historical data and experience
Implementation planning in conditions of limited resources (people, time, budget)
Setting tasks and writing structured TOR: what / why / deadline / acceptance criteria
Formation of SMART goals
Risk management: identification, response plan, monitoring, escalations
It will be a plus
Experience in the iGaming niche
