Role Summary

At SGS we are strengthening our team and are looking for a Medical Certification Salesperson for our Lisbon team.

Responsibilities

• Execute business strategies to drive sales of Medical certification products and services.
• Manage and expand the current customer base while maintaining long-term relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing contracts.
• Advise clients on Medical certification solutions, customizing proposals according to their needs.
• Visit customers nationwide to maintain good relationships and/or present our services to new customers.
• Present proposals to customers in collaboration with the technical team, when necessary.
• Monitor proposals presented to customers and clarify doubts related to medical devices.
• Stay up to date on market trends and competition in the Medical certification sector.
• Meet established sales objectives and report progress to the management team.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve products and services in response to market needs.

Requirements

• What do we look for in you?
• University degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedicine or related areas.
• Knowledge of standards and regulations applicable to healthcare products and medical devices.
• Experience in a Notified Body preparing technical proposals for CE and ISO 13485 marking
• Availability to travel
