Role Summary

In a diverse environment, you will work with the HR business partners and the training team on a wide range of operational and strategic HR work topics.

You support our HR business partners across the entire spectrum of operational and administrative HR work, e.g. B. in company integration management, and coordinate measures of company health management on your own responsibility.

You support HR projects such as digital qualification and internal communication. You will also be responsible for the preparation and follow-up, conception and implementation of internal and external training courses.

You will actively participate in the network maintenance of our learning advisors and support the archiving of historically relevant works of art and documents.

You work proactively with various interfaces in the factory, communicate with different hierarchical levels and impress with your confident demeanor and strong customer orientation.

Requirements

  • Education: You are a student of a course such as business administration, psychology, social sciences, law or a comparable field.
  • Experience and know-how: Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in the world of work or human resources and are confident in using common MS Office applications.
  • Working style and personality: You work independently, structured and solution-oriented, like to bring in new ideas and approach tasks reliably and flexibly. You also promote a positive team atmosphere and communicate confidently and openly.
  • Enthusiasm: You are interested in dynamic topics such as company health and integration management, qualification, change management and communication and enjoy organizational tasks and working with people.
  • Languages: You have very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English.
