Role Summary

During your internship, you will create and develop communication and enabling materials (e.g. videos, wiki entries, blog posts, presentations) to support global adoption.

You will also prepare meetings with sponsors and stakeholders before and after (including the creation of minutes, action points and decision documents).

In addition, you will support the global rollout of the skill management platform in various business areas and regions.

You will be involved in structuring and preparing content for different target groups (e.g. management, project teams, users).

You use modern AI tools such as Copilot or Gemini to efficiently create and prepare content (text, graphics, summaries).

You collect and consolidate feedback from international stakeholder groups and contribute to continuous improvement.

Last but not least, you will gain insights into a strategic, management-related transformation and IT project and further develop your skills in communication, structuring and collaboration in an international environment.

Requirements

  • Education: Studies in the field of communication, marketing, business informatics, business psychology, business administration or comparable
  • Experience and know-how: confident use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, OneNote, Excel, Outlook, Engage) as well as initial experience with AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Gemini), especially for creating texts, graphics, protocols or compact documentation (e.g. OnePager)

Personality and way of working: you manage to prepare complex information in a structured manner and find creative solutions for communication; you act quickly and have a strong curiosity for new topics and technologies; you work independently and organized, always approaching your tasks motivated and reliably; you appear confident and communicate clearly and concisely

  • Everyday work: hybrid working environment with office days and mobile working by arrangement (with at least 2-3 days per week in our office in Stuttgart-Feuerbach)
