During your internship, you will support our HR business partners and our HR colleagues with administrative tasks in day-to-day business. This gives you valuable insights into employee support and operational HR processes.

You can give free rein to your creativity when developing different concepts and presentations.

You plan and coordinate the administrative process for company integration management (BEM). This includes conversation planning, correspondence and case documentation. You also cooperate with internal company health promotion departments.

In personnel recruiting, you will support the coordination of appointments and have the opportunity to take part in job interviews.

Your cooperation is also required for smaller special topics and projects, such as the Development Days, where you coordinate with our employees.

In addition, you will accompany the follow-up process of the employee survey at the Schweinfurt location.

Requirements

  • Education: Studies in business administration with a focus on human resources management, psychology, law, economics or social sciences
  • Experience and know-how: initial practical experience and confident use of MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Personality and way of working: communicative and friendly team player with a self-confident demeanor who acts independently, structured and carefully
