Role Summary
As part of your internship, you will support the planning, organization and evaluation of further training and gain exciting insights into the field of further training.
You will be actively involved in creating concepts for internal training measures and can contribute your own ideas.
You will independently process applications for educational leave and get to know relevant processes.
You will also assist in the recruitment and supervision of interns and accompany various steps of the process.
You will work actively in the area of applicant management for trainees and students and get to know different processes.
You are committed to preparing for and participating in training information fairs.
As an assistant to the training manager, you will gain a wide range of insights into the training environment and support you with organizational issues.
You will be actively involved in day-to-day operations and current projects and will take on a variety of tasks.
In addition, you will participate in the constant improvement of processes and contribute your ideas.
Requirements
Education: Studies in business administration or education with a focus on human resources or comparable
Experience and know-how: confident use of MS Office
Personality and way of working: you manage to communicate clearly and appreciatively, and your customer orientation, mobility and your independent and structured way of working set you apart

Benefits

- Duration: 6 months (exclusively compulsory internship according to SPO)
