Role Summary
Would you like to actively shape innovative human resources work and gain deep insights into the diverse facets of human resources? Then you've come to the right place. We offer you an exciting internship position in which you will actively support our HR Business Partner team and the personnel development department at the Bühl location.
During your internship, you will organize and implement targeted employee development concepts as well as exciting learning events that advance our teams.
In addition, you will actively participate in personnel measures and gain deep insights into legal, employment and collective bargaining regulations, which you can confidently apply.
You will actively help in the day-to-day business of the teams and take on recurring administrative tasks, especially in training management.
You will also maintain close collaboration with internal contacts: colleagues, departments, managers and the works council and with external partners: trainers and training providers.
You organize and hold events for students, such as our regular student exchange, and thus promote young talent.
Thanks to your creativity, you will professionally create and prepare communication documents, presentations, training materials, learning videos and reports for various target groups.
Requirements
- Education: Studies in the field of business administration, psychology, social sciences or comparable, ideally with a focus on human resources
- Experience and know-how: confident use of MS Office; Affinity to digitalization topics
- Personality and way of working: you find it easy to communicate with other people and work in a customer-oriented manner; Your creative, reliable and independent nature makes you a valuable member when it comes to teamwork; Thanks to your flexibility, you can be used in different areas
- Everyday work: mobile working is possible in some cases
- Enthusiasm: great interest in human resources work and teamwork; Willingness to tackle new challenges with joy
- Languages: business fluent German and very good English

Benefits
Start: from March 2027
- Duration: 6 months (only compulsory internship according to SPO possible)
