You will actively shape the (further) development of change and organizational development measures for managers and employees as part of the transformation of our Global Business Services division.

The organization, preparation, implementation and follow-up of a wide range of events and workshops - both virtual and on site for up to 200 participants - is in your hands.

You will be involved in establishing our new feedback landscape and actively support us in platform management.

Through your active participation in the internal pool of moderators, you will make valuable contacts and gain your first experience in moderation.

You will test digital tools with us and contribute creative ideas to continuously develop virtual collaboration for our internal customers.

You will provide us with support in day-to-day operations, for example when creating presentations and manuals.

Requirements

  • Education: Studies in the field of economics or comparable with very good academic achievements
  • Experience and know-how: confident in using MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and MS Teams; ideally initial practical experience in the areas of human resources, change management, organizational development, management consulting or comparable areas of an international company
  • Personality and way of working: thanks to your quick comprehension, you are able to absorb facts and connections; you are an open, organized, stress-resistant, results-oriented person who works independently, carefully and proactively
  • Everyday work: your presence on site is required
  • Enthusiasm: for change management, cultural development, leadership, event organization, digitalization, working with people and driving change in the GS sector
  • Languages: fluent German and English
