Role Summary

At our Schwieberdingen and Feuerbach locations, you will support the team in supporting employees and managers and gain comprehensive insights into the day-to-day business of the human resources department.

You will work closely with our HR service team on administrative tasks and gain valuable knowledge of our HR processes.

Accompanied by our HR Business Partners, you will devote yourself to exciting cross-sectional topics and current projects, for example in personnel development, and actively contribute your own ideas.

You will take on (partial) projects independently and thus actively contribute to the further development of our human resources work.

You will be involved in the planning and implementation of employee appraisals and will gain valuable experience through direct exchange through your own participation.

Requirements

  • Education: Studies in the field of economics, law, psychology or comparable with a focus on human resources
  • Experience and know-how: confident use of MS Office (Excel, Power Point); ideally initial practical experience
  • Personality and way of working: you approach topics independently and with your own initiative and impress with your communicative manner
  • Everyday work: mobile working possible by arrangement
  • Enthusiasm: great interest in human resources work
  • Languages: business fluent German and very good English
