Role Summary

As a valuable member of our team, you will actively support us in organizing, implementing and communicating global training measures.

You will creatively contribute your own ideas to the conception and implementation of talent development programs and accompany us in the central training of managers.

Together with us, you will develop innovative communication concepts and actively participate in the production of exciting content for our internal channels such as the intranet or upcoming events.

Requirements

  • Education: Studies in HR, communication, marketing, pedagogy, adult education, sociology, business psychology, business administration or comparable
  • Experience and know-how: confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint), ideally some initial practical experience
  • Personality and way of working: you impress as a team player, reliable and a strong communicator and always approach your tasks in a structured, independent, organized and goal-oriented manner
  • Everyday work: your presence on site is required
  • Enthusiasm: affinity for digital media and networks as well as enjoyment of international collaboration
  • Languages: fluent English and very good German
